Le lendemain a nôtre départ je suis aller discuter de cette situation qui a été pénible pour nous à la réceptionniste qui a eu aucune compassion pour nous et sans comprehension . Elle rejetait le blâme sur nous ...disant vous aurriez dû regarder dans la porte d entrée il a un numéro d urgence Le soir on voit rien Donc pour se qui est de cette dame Un petit cours en service a la clientèle serait pas de trop pour elle."
