"Terrible service. They did not have any extra sheets, blankets, or pillows. My kids alept on the pull out sofa bed woth no sheets or pillows. The staff sais they would bring some on two different occasions, yet they never showed up. To top it off, the next day at the water park they didn't have any towels either. I will never go back again."

"The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it. "

"Had a wonderful stay mid March Views from room were spectacular. Critics: Pool drink service was lacking and slow. Used valet parking on arrival but was invoiced for all nights of the stay. Not sure why. Noticed this when arriving home. "

"Nicely remodeled hotel. Pool area is very nice, however loud music played is irritating. A couple of housekeeping glitches—one day the coffee was not replenished and washcloths were not provided. Another day the trash was not emptied. None of the problems were biggies but should not be part of an upscale hotel experience. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay in Scottsdale."

"The McCormick building has a great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We used many outdoor areas for morning coffee, the pool and drinks outside in the evenings. The building is older and the rooms dated if that is important to you but all was clean and near by old town scottsdale and restaurants. We had coffee and a dinner on site and were very happy. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course behind. "

"The sign in the room says they have spare toiletries available, but when you call the front desk, they tell them it’s not available and send you to a gas station. The water in the hotel was lukewarm at best and I asked about it and they said they had issues with hot water and Plumbing. "
