« Overall a wonderful week for us! Chris was the most earnest and eager to please host I have ever experienced. Lost count of how many times he asked “is there anything I can get or do for you to make your stay better?” He was also a great wealth of knowledge about attractions, places to visit, and places to eat. We followed his advice and were not let down even once! The casita is s bit off the beaten path which provides peace and quiet, but still just a few minutes away from many amenities...

« Checking in was easy and the front desk did let me know that housekeeping was on property every other day, so requests would be handled by the front desk. However, my room wasn’t cleaned on the day of arrival; the floors had hairs, the sheets weren’t new and the shower was also poorly cleaned. We stayed four nights, and the day housekeeping did come our room was ultimately left in that same condition. They didn’t clean the counters, the shower or the floor throughout our room; the sheets...
