"This owner is impossible to work with. VRBO actually investigated him and refunded us after he would not refund himself. There was no heat in the unit, only 2 small table top space heaters. Missing knobs on stove, fridge wobbled and could fall, upstairs bathroom drawers didn't exist just the front piece and when you pulled on it a hole was behind, one tea bag and an old powder creamer in "coffee bar", AND AN EXTREME SMELL OF URINE. "We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there, which made everything feel extra magical. The host even provided sleds so our kids could slide down the hill & it truly felt like a winter wonderland.The hosts were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with some weather related travel issues while we were flying in. This glamping site is magical - it is peaceful, full of activities for both young and old, and is run by the nicest couple, Rainey and Jeff, who make you feel like you are home. They provide everything you need to make glamping easy - real beds and linens, grills, griddle, covered tables, utensils, games, paddleboat, a pristine swimming pond, clean water and the perfect backdrop.
