They happened to have a band playing that night. Very welcoming gang of people. We felt like we were in a family situation . We thought oh no we will hear that band all night, nope slept like a baby . the actual buildin has been updated perfectly ! "

5/5 Excellent
"Lovely staff! So polite and helpful and made us feel welcome at the hotel. A little bit out of the busy part of the city, so it was quiet and relaxing. And still walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again. P.s. definitely go to the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! Eggs, bacon, fruit, really great pastries, etc. Our last day, the hotel staff kindly arranged a water taxi to the train station and it picked us up right outside the hotel's canalside door! Very cool. Thanks for the great stay."

"A lovely experience. It was great to relax and unwind away from the tourist hot spots whilst still being amongst it all.
The pool was great and the choice of foods for the breakfast buffet was plentiful."

"My husband and I celebrated my 65th birthday in Croatia and spend the end of our trip with four beautiful days in Venice. We are so pleased with the hotel and its magical location right next door to St. Marks Square, the canal and Gondolas. From our room window was the canal and the pick up point for the gondolas. We were also in the heart of all the high-end shopping and fabulous restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel."

"If you will be staying in Venice for a while, I recommend that you split your hotel stays and try a couple of days on Lido. The beach and pool is wonderful and the Hotel does run a shuttle to San Marco and to Murano if you'd like to go back into Venice proper. Lovely large rooms and bath. Meals are pricy, so plan accordingly. "
