"Our room had half eaten food in the fridge when we arrived and socks from the previous guest’s stay. Very nice hotel and staff, but extremely busy. If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet environment, this hotel is not the place."

"Extremely close to Disneyland entrance. Kitchen room with two queen beds. Beds were pretty hard. Pool was clean but should have been warmer. Nice jacuzzi. Charged for parking, but ran out of spots due to using the same lot for valet. No breakfast available, but Denny’s and IHOP near by. No service for cleaning except fresh towels daily."

"It's like staying in an old condo complex. Standard breakfast, parking is tight. There's a city shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel parking lot, but we walked. It took a bit over 20 mins. "

"Rooms were ok fridge has too many items in there to buy we couldn’t store our own. "

"They only reason ranking it over all good rather than excellent after I checked out is because when I checked in the night before, I was told there is a shuttle every hour on the hour. However when I went down to catch the shuttle the next day to go back to the airport, I was told the shuttle is under maintenance and wouldn't be running until 2:00 p.m! I had to take an Uber to the airport which was more expensive than the shuttle."
