This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room we were first given was extremely old and had a strong moldy smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The hot tub in that room didn’t even work, so we had to go back to the front desk and ask for another room. They moved us to a different room with a working jacuzzi, but that room was also old, dirty, and smelled moldy. When we tried to use the jacuzzi, the water smelled terrible and didn’t seem clean. It was really disappointing because we booked the room specifically to relax, but instead it felt disgusting. The most frightening part happened in the middle of the night when someone tried to open our door and come inside. That moment honestly scared us and made us feel completely unsafe. After that, we couldn’t even sleep properly because we were worried about our safety. Overall the whole stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and honestly shocking. I would never stay here again. Someone kept sneaking into my room and wiping something on my sheets and pillows, I think I saw a prostitute in one of the rooms. I’m a person of faith. I do not do drugs. I’m not a criminal. I’ve taken a vow of abstinence as part of loyalty to Almighty God. I fear these people are attempting to commit slander and fraud. I will never stay there again. Travelers beware. May Almighty God please bless you and your loved ones for eternity. Really wanted to do a 2.5 star rating but 3 is being generous because how comfortable the bed was.
