"Beautiful art deco hotel close to rail terminal - even though we didn't use it, we saw many travelers who did. Cozy bar scene in the afternoon and evenings. Lovely restaurant serving a full buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner that we enjoyed during our stay. Helpful desk staff who assisted with tours and taxis. Neighborhood is a little sketchy at night, so plan accordingly."

"The rooms were large and comfortable. The desk staff were very helpful for getting to placing finding restaurants points of interest etc. the location was close walk to the coliseum terminal station for hop on hop off bus and a major basilica. Park across the street had a nice festival on end of our stay. The hotel had a nice little bar that was quiet and help. The two bar tenders were great and friendly. "

"Everything from checkin to checkout was wonderful. Allowed for me to store bags till check in and had great reception area with coffee and tea. It was my birthday and the manager gifted me with a bottle of champagne. The spa was small but more than enough. Room clean and comfortable. Most important I felt safe and secure."

"Check-in system was badly managed - got in line for reception for 10 minutes to get to the front and then be told there’s a ticket system. Understandable if super busy but it wasn’t. Train station difficult to understand and unreliable. Bus on time but very overcrowded. However, room clean and tidy campsite. Breakfast croissants and coffee were delicious and good value."
