This hotel is amazing! We stayed for four nights and everything about it was exceptional. The staff, lobby, lobby restaurant/lounge, rooms, beds, eating area, buffet breakfast, housekeeping were all excellent. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I liked the simplicity and cleanliness. I liked how the staff was very approachable and eager to help. I didn’t like having to pay to check in as an “upgraded” room which was right by the elevator/front of hallway (which was very noisy) and the room was a standard hotel room so i don’t understand how I was upgraded

Big, clean rooms with daily cleaning. Service was good overall, but had to ask multiple times for pillows & iron. Bed was big, but a bit firm. Bathrooms were large, and the property was well maintained. Good location, easy access to the train station, walkable to main sites with great food nearby. Taxi service was prompt and easy. Would definitely stay again!
