"We had a fantastic stay at the Phoenician. The food and service were excellent! The staff was so friendly and attentive. We had a tough flight getting into Phoenix and the hotel manager was so kind and upgraded our room and comped our parking, which immediately lifted our spirits. Our room was gorgeous and the golf course, spa and fitness center were top notch. We will definitely be back!! "

"Workers were very polite and friendly. Room was nice and the A/C worked nicely during our stay in early July. Parking was easy and the spots are very close to access points to the rooms and stairwell. Only minor issues were some debris / vegetation floating around the back pool. In our room, there was a stain on the floor in front of the fridge, and a loose tile in the bathroom, middle of the floor in front of the toilet. The two glasses by the coffee pot were dirty, so we stuck with the paper cups. Minor maintenance / housecleaning issues for an otherwise great stay. We will return here on future visits to Phoenix."
