"I arrived very late and was greeted very warmly. I got my room quickly and fell asleep right away."

"It was not at all pleasant experience. We went in late and upon getting in the room, we realized that there was no towels in the bathroom. Also, the sound proofing was so bad as the guest in the next room was talking loudly in the night at 3 AM and you can hear like he is sitting next to to you. We informed the front desk thrice but the guest never stopped and I don’t know what the staff did about that.. it was a full disturbed sleep and we woke up with headache… I would not suggest this hotel to anyone… "

"Melissa at the front desk was wonderful. Disappointed the hot tub did not work. Stay was wonderful otherwise. "

"Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."
