"The location was great, walking distance to downtown, no problems parking and quiet neighborhood. But the slow filling toilet was really annoying. Sign says it's a "water saver" but that's not the way water saver toilets work. Something is wrong with the fill valve. Also the couches are worn out. The curled edge of the rug in the one bedroom is a trip hazard. Also didn't like the lack of a place to put soap and shampoo in shower."
