Staff were fairly friendly, breakfast was alright, lots of homeless on the streets surrounding it, water took about 10 minutes to get warm. Overall wouldn’t want to stay here for more than one night and won’t stay here again. Just felt like a cheap stay for what we paid.

The staff were great. Super friendly. The hotel is a rundown dump. Dogs were barking from behind hotel doors. Blood was smeared on public facing walls. The neighborhood was not great. Then there was the allnight parties going on in various rooms, with lots of interactions with people in the parking lot and people standing on the balcony. Never will I stay here again.

Older room but clean. Near train tracks and could hear hear it in the morning and evening. Breakfast was not much but good places nearby. Parking in back was NOT convenient but was adequate. Front door was always locked so you had to have key card ready (which didn’t always work) and you had to ring bell to be buzzed in.

The internet was fast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Airport pick up and railroad depot drop were carried out in a very timely manner. Two of my international credit cards did not work during check-in although those were accepted in Seward and Fairbanks. Breakfast was wholesome but on both mornings it was the same. There was no toilet paper initially which was supplied readily on calling the front desk. But the rod to hold the toilet paper was broken. The built-in air conditioning was not working so a portable heater was provided. It worked well but it was very noisy all night.

Convenient shuttle to and from the hotel! Walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Anchorage. Nice to have included breakfast every morning, with some limited selections. Overall, good service and appreciated the accommodations for our family trip with a toddler!

The airport shuttle only runs at certain hours so call ahead to find that out. The tub is worn and needed replacing. They keep the main door locked you must use your key card to get in. Most of the staff were polite and well mannered. One in particular seemed like she liked messing people with the main door telling people they need to pull harder so when she finally unlocks it you stumble backwards. The breakfast they offer is a frozen breakfast bagel that you need to heat up in your rooms microwave. The directions say remove from wrapper and use a microwave safe plate (they don't offer a microwave safe plate). A yogurt, an apple and a little apple juice. The beds moved around when you try to climb onto them. No nearby shops to speak of. I'd recommend this place if you didn't have any options.
