The whole place needs some serious spring cleaning. The staff seemed nice. The lock on my room was hollowed out but I used the latch and the deadbolt when I was in the room. For the price it was decent enough but it does need cleaning and fixing.

This property has been updated and overall nice stay. Close to train station so you do hear horn. Bed was comfortable. It was an overnight stay so didn't get to explore Anchorage. Also there is a free shuttle from airport and to train station

Location is downtown anchorage which was fine considering they offered free airport shuttle service. When I asked to sign up for the morning shuttle to the airport they said to just come down at 0500 as it runs on the hour. When arriving at the desk at 0500 am I was informed the driver didn’t show up for work and I needed to find my own ride to the airport. No apology or voucher for ride.

Hotel is more like a Motel 6 with basic amenities. The airport shuttle service is a nice touch. The room wasn't serviced. The shower water was only tepid on the day of departure. The breakfast was minimal (hard boiled eggs, cereal, breads/bagels/muffins). The WiFi was capped & poor.

The hotel room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was dust on the HVAC unit and nobody wiped it during the 8 days we stayed there. The airport shuttle was a little outdated. Generally, the hotel was ok.

Staff were fairly friendly, breakfast was alright, lots of homeless on the streets surrounding it, water took about 10 minutes to get warm. Overall wouldn’t want to stay here for more than one night and won’t stay here again. Just felt like a cheap stay for what we paid.

Convenient location. Nice sunset and sunrise views from the room. We were here in the last week of July. It was hard to confirm the booking when called 2 days before. Bathroom furnishing and fittings can be improved significantly. There was no holder for the toilet paper, not even any sign of it being there at some point in time. The roll was simply kept on top of the toilet tank. The sink faucet was inconvenient to use. In general, things could be improved a lot here. Very basic breakfast. There is a water station in the lobby which was great.
