"There was construction going on till almost 11PM at right above our room, we had the only room in the building block, everything else was closed for construction. Doors didn’t lock properly. Worst breakfast. Pictures shown on site are not the same as in person, more run down "

"We did a weekend get away to estes. We came on the off season so not too busy everywhere. Rates were also cheaper Family of 4 two little ones. We stayed at the motel side. It was cleaning spacious had a kitchenette so saved money not having to eat out. There was only one grill on site for the motel. You need to rent the cabin for the private hot tub and grill. Thats the only part I didn't see much information on when renting that only the cabins get those amenities. Overall great stay, close to the river for fishing and 6 mins away from Rocky mountain national park"

"Great location and stay"

"Parking was great. The room was nice and spacious. We didn’t try the hot tub. The morning guests were a little noisy. I’m guessing just normal foot traffic to and from their room. Nothing out of the ordinary. We very much enjoyed our stay. We had some beautiful views as well. "

"Place is haunted "

"The location was excellent. It was a 20 minute drive to either national park entrances. It was a short walk to most of the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again. "

"The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. "
