"This property is perhaps the best location for access to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is literally the first lodging one encounters after leaving the park on Rt 34. It was so convenient that it was possible to make return trips to the apartment from the park during the day. For convenience, this place is very hard to beat. As for the apartment itself, the bed was large and comfortable and the bath was clean with ample towels. The kitchen was adequate for our purposes of a quick breakfast and making lunches. Keep in mind that this is a ground-level apartment in a multi-apartment building with similar buildings next to it, and you will hear your neighbors both indoors and outdoors."

"The Condo was perfect! The location was superb. My only suggestion was they need a new coffee maker. I made a pot our first morning and the handle on the carafe broke off with the carafe full of hot coffee. I caught it so no injury but it’s very dangerous. ( Obviously) I suggest a modern keurig coffee maker for ease. How can we request the same condo in the future.? The Elks were also very entertaining."

"This was such a clean and comfortable little place! It was so much better than a hotel for the week. The kitchen area was convenient and had everything I needed. It was exactly what was shown in the listing. My favorite area was the stream behind the property, and the deck off of the studio. It was what I needed to disconnect and have coffee and breakfast in the morning and some local wine at night! And there were no bugs! The only snag was that the previous renters put the key back in the wrong lockbox. I was able to reach property management and get the key no problem. If I ever go back to Colorado, I would definitely rent this unit again! It is perfect for a solo traveler!"
