"Very friendly mom and pop type ownership but had trouble finding help at the front due to the owner doing other duties. Figured out the WiFi password on my own and had to find the ice machine on my own as well. No bags left in the ice area. The room was clean and the parking was easily accessible to the room. The main lobby was not really useful as the had a pool table and air hockey table pushed next to each other in the corner and not useful. Looks pretty at night with the lights around the property."

"Loved the location on the river- so peaceful and relaxing. Wild turkey visited each day, and saw a moose across the road. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything one could need. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Would definitely return!"

"Unit was as listed. Really enjoyed the private hot tub after long hiking days. Used the grill a couple nights. Easy exchange for towels/products. Would have liked a little bigger space but was a good price and suited our needs. Perfect location, right outside RMNP!"

"This is place is a little tinier than I imagined, but the riverview is amazing everything else was as I expected. It's very close to the less-loaded park entry, and on the direct way to the town. Loved it. Jettub is in the actual room, but my children loved it and used it. The logistics was so great I can't describe it enough, to highlight we were there on the Labor Day weekend, we didn't feel any delays at all. Timed entry+ not loaded entrance and this park of the park also has enough right away as well as you can get to all the other parts."

"Four adults and a dog celebrated a landmark birthday here. Beautiful bull elk greeted us the first afternoon but were absent the next two days. We enjoyed the kitchen, deck, hot tub, a night sky, and the burbling of Fall River. Our dog was comfortable right away, and this home has been well-cleaned after other dogs—it feels like “a dog place” only in the best ways. Although the location of the VRBO on the booking site appears to be on the steep side of a mountain (I believe it’s intentional to not have the exact location), we were situated right on the water and away from light pollution—it was absolutely lovely."

"Very good communication with the property. Easy check in. Overall it was pretty clean. The rug in the kitchen area was stained and a few stains on the carpet. The bathroom sink drained very slow so you had water sitting in the bowl for awhile. The view was beautiful! Wished they had a king size bed which they had plenty of room for one."
