This luxurious 3BR/2.5BA townhome, located a stone's throw away from beautiful Fall River, offers two floors of relaxation and solitude. You are also a short distance to the Fall River North Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoy meals and family time in the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with full-size stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. The oversized dining table comfortably seats six, while the picture windows in the living area provide both natural light and stunning views. Connect cell phone to wi-fi and use wi-fi calling. Parking for 4 cars - 2 in garage, and 2 in driveway. No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers. No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply. Quiet Time 9 p.m. Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted. Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light. BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845\. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home. We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays. Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line. Snow removal by HOA at 4 inches of new snow on your arrival day. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Very close to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. Felt secluded in the little community of town homes, but still very convenient to Estes Park. Condition of the property was just as advertised. It had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We ended up having to move our elopement to the condo due to the weather and got married in front of the beautiful fireplace. Spacious rooms for our family of six. Large open family room dining kitchen area. We loved the location close to the river and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed.
