"Check in was easy enough.. no staff, just the use of QR codes which I'm not a big fan of. The building itself looked closed. There weren't any other cars and the building is dark, the glass doors are dark... just need some color to make it look more inviting. The room was nice and spacious and needs were comfy. We tried to extend our check out and our stay, but couldn't get a hold of any staff to make that possible. The picnic area was right by the river sic was very scenic and peaceful. "

"We had a really nice stay at Ponderosa Lodge. The room was dated but very clean and cozy. Communication was very good through Expedia. The view and river from the room was absolutely beautiful. I would stay there again definitely!"

"Streamside on Fall River is located very close to the entrance of RMNP as well as the town of Estes Park. The cabin we had was very clean, had enough dishes etc to make a simple meal during a huge spring snowstorm. The fireplace kept us cozy while watching the snow fall and accumulate! There were enough outlets for charging our devices, a new tv and very good wi-fi. My only concern was with the pillows. I’m a soft pillow lover, and the pillows on the bed were firm memory foam. We did find 2 softer pillows but I gave those to my husband, as I usually travel with my own pillow. So, take your own pillow if you aren’t a fan of memory foam. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!"

"Could not rave about this place enough. Truly a breath of fresh air from what I've been dealing with on my solo trip. Got to talk with one of the owners/managers and for real is the sweetest person I've met on this trip. Will be booking again and have already told family members they need to stop here. "

"We had an amazing stay. The room was clean. The fireplace was warm. Noise from other guests was minimal. The property is absolutely beautiful. There are sidewalks all the way into downtown, and to local restaurants. Perhaps most importantly, the room included a full 12 cup coffee maker and had plenty of locally roasted coffee."

"I loved how welcoming it felt , it had everything you needed , from glasses , to cooking utensils , extra blankets , fans and just overall everything needed for a comfortable stay. They also had robes for after you get out of the jacuzzi, 10/10 recommend this place and I will definitely be booking again."
