« Only stayed one night, so don't have a ton to say in terms of laundry and such. However, the property was very clean and instructions were easy to follow. I will say, the $75 early check in for only two extra hours seemed insanely priced to me. Also, the photos were very misleading as well. We had no choice but to do early check in as we were going to a wedding and had to be there at 3:30 PM when check-in was at 4 PM. The value for early check-in was definitely not worth it and would not pay for...

« Charme général lié aux chalets, au jardin, au ruisseau. Extérieur soigné. Proche de l’entrée du parc des Rocky Mountains. Malheureusement mauvaise expérience vécue à cause des équipements de la chambre : Canapé lit indigent, avec un matelas gonflable dont on a dû réparer le mécanisme, que l’on a dû préparer nous mêmes, qui plus est sale, avec des débris de pop corn et des draps tachés. La prestation hôtelière que nous avons eue est sans commune mesure avec le prix payé. »

"Hôtel très beau et dans un beau cadre. On nous attribué une chambre PMR alors que nous n’en avions pas demandé et celle ci était sans fenêtre quasiment. Nous avons pu changer de chambre mais avons eu 2 lits queen au lit d’un très grand lit comme payé . Il faut réserver pour le restaurant même si la réception nous a dit le contraire . Le restaurant est très bruyant, même si les plats sont généreux et bons. La serveuse, brune avec des lentilles de contact bleues, m’a donné une boîte pour faire moi même mon doggy bag (alors que pour les autres tables cela était fait en cuisine ) et touchait les mains de mon mari au moment du paiement par carte ce qui n’est pas du tout un comportement professionnel et normal …. "
