"Elevator was out of service, unable to use luggage cart except via outside. Snowfall prevent from doing that. Construction in stairwell. Workers used hallway for work space, right outside our door. Also cold water plumbing issues - which other workers entered our room and left doors open. So now construction workers and plumbers outside room with our door left open while we out. Very poor lighting option in room. Breakfast was decent. Coffee very good. Staff was very friendly."

"Very peaceful atmosphere and clean. The location is close to downtown Estes. The queen bed closest to the living room was super comfortable which is a rare find in vacation homes. We have stayed here in the past before this last trip and will be back again for sure. Great cabin to stay in for a getaway in Estes Park!"

"Everybody greet. Was disappointed with the unit right by office And laundry. Seemed plant of rooms with nice Mountain View available based on number of units and cars. Overall still great stay. Beds and pillows best we have experienced in years. Even at home. Made my wife very happy. Thanks"
