« Should put the cabin number on the itinerary and the lock should have at least a 30 second delay. You could easily lock yourself out and if you don’t memorize the code or if you leave your phone inside the cabin you could be locked out with no way to contact anybody. Two things that came as a surprise to us, the stream running through the property was across the parking lot from our suite. The website view had us thinking it ran outside our back door. Also, we thought they had a pool because it was prominently displayed on the website. Once we arrived and looked further it was on the website with "coming soon in Aug.". « The hotel allows pets, and we had a bad experience with a neighbor who let their dog bark on and off all night. The staff tried to locate the room with the dog, but the barking was not continuous. After at least 4 calls to the front desk, they located the dog, but the dog continued to bark occasionally through the night. We enjoyed a lot of other aspects of the hotel, but not being able to sleep most of the night ruined our experience here. »
