"What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall."

They do have 2 small children, which wasn't noted in the property description, so be aware that you may hear some crying and squealing."
