Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. The only negative points I had was not being able to get into the apartment bc the code didn't work. We got to the apartment at midnight after all day of driving and we had kids with us so not being able to get into the apartment caused a little bit of panick and heartburn.
