However, communication with the staff was quite difficult—they were hard to reach, and we experienced a long delay (a couple of hours) before receiving any response when we had trouble accessing the building. A few important details were also not disclosed prior to booking. The property does not have an elevator or a concierge/front desk, which would have been helpful to know in advance. We were also told the unit included a queen-sized pull-out couch, but it was noticeably smaller—closer to a twin size—making it uncomfortable for more than one person. One of the most significant issues was the noise level outside. While some reviews mentioned it being noisy, the volume and intensity were far beyond what we expected. It was extremely difficult to get any rest. Late at night, the area also felt unsafe. I’d highly recommend the restaurant right next door, Mida, but make a reservation.
