The location is amazing. The facilities are impressive. The staff members were always polite and helpful. Room size is very comfortable. The food variety and quantity is praiseworthy. One complaint we have is the distance from room to restaurant. All in all we give the resort AAA

It's a beautiful resort. Our rooms were very far away from the beach and dinning area. There was no direct elevator to our floor. 2 flights of stairs, then elevator. Or still walk quite a distance to first elevator, then walk again to get a 2nd elevator. Restaurants were limited. Only 1 convenient store and was very expensive. We are Expedia Gold and did not get an upgrade

Upon arrival they tried to charge us extra money for my son saying he is a teenager and hence should be treated like an adult. When I told them categorically "no", they tried to upsell me on extra amenities that are only available for "adults". Cheap sales tactics is not what I expect from a high end all-inclusive accommodation especially when I was on the road all day and simply want to relax. Other than that our stay was nice and my family enjoyed it.

Beautiful property! The lay-out is at times difficult to navigate. The property is HUGE. I can literally take 10-11 min to go from the back of the property on the 7the floor to the beach; needing to use 2 separate elevators or stairwells and a zig zag of corridors. It was overcast or raining 6/9 days of our PV trip. The water drainage/sitting puddles at the hotel is not great. There was water draining from the ceilings and down some of the walls. Staff did a good job keeping up and keeping everyone safe. We saw whales daily from the beach- was easier to see when overcast out. The wait staff were great! At the buffet MIXTLI was awesome, friendly, great service, felt like she really knew you and loved her job! The front staff, especially CANELO was very helpful and friendly.

The number of elevators was lacking for the size of the resort. Also had to take 2 elevators to get to the 6th floor and higher. One to the fourth floor, than a bit of a hike to the next elevator to go up again. Took a couple of days to navigate without getting lost. This was a very big resort with so you do get your steps in. Staff was great, amenities were great too. Very rocky beach, water shoes recommended. Waves were very rough so not a place to wade in and snorkel. Pools were good, the kids' pool was great for the slides. Having another cafe on the 4th floor was a bonus. Beautiful resort overall.

Friendly helpful staff everywhere. Variety of food for everyone at the World Cafe, and if pressed for time the Mita Cafe has coffee, muffins and sandwiches that one could just "pick up and go". Different places to grab a bite: the Tacoyotl has the best nachos and tacos. We tried SeaSide Grill, the PortoFino and, the Himitsu for evening dining and we enjoyed the experience. We were on family vacation/wedding and so it made the experience for us the merrier. The beach and the pools are close by. And the rooms are spacious! We have been to other resorts before but, Dreams Bahia Mita was really a place that we loved so much.

This resort is beautiful and spacious. Nowhere seems crowded. Food is delicious. Several pools. Beach area is rocky but it's a nice area and kids had fun in water. There is a lot of walking so probably not suitable unless you are able to walk a lot. The restaurants, pools and beach are all in one area so if you had a room close it would solve that problem. The shows are 8:30 to 9:30 start times so late if you have small children. High quality shows.

Loved it. Food, service, entertainment, staff, everything was outstanding. Only surprises were that we had to look after our own transportation to and from the airport and that there were no printed schedules for the activities at the resort.

Great hotel. Very clean and staff are all hard working and kind. Special mention for Rose from Seaside Grill. The gym is very good and was busy every morning. Only downsides for me are that the location is quite secluded from anywhere and taxis are expensive. I think I will stay closer to Vallarta next time. Also, there seemed to be less areas for Dreams guests to relax with a drink compared to the big bar available for Secrets guests.

The food here is some of the best food I’ve ever had at any all inclusive resort. I really enjoyed the option to upgrade to the secrets side (which is adults only) when we arrived! Service was amazing, top shelf liquor, tons of different food options. The only thing was there wasn’t a shuttle to and from the airport. You have to pay out of pocket for a taxi to/from. The resort did make it really seamless getting a taxi on our departure. 5 stars from me!
