Large private driveway with ample guest parking. Prince Edward County is a large region and driving is necessary to access many attractions. Alternatively there are multiple options for local bicycle rentals (including electric bikes) if your group prefers to explore more of what the county has to offer. Or bring your own! If you are looking for taxi's or scheduled wine tours by bus or private car we advise you book them well in advance to your stay. Tranquil country farmhouse setting, minutes to downtown Picton. Short drive to downtown Picton and other PEC attractions.
***All Refunds will be charged a processing fee of 3.9% + ($0.30). 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival plus processing fee, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival plus processing fee.
1. No more than registered # of paying guests can be staying overnight at property (camera is present on entry doors for safety).
2. No pets unless host previously approved guide dogs (Could result in loss of deposit).
3. Please use dark facecloths provided for makeup removal.
4. No events, this can result in being asked to leave or fined by County Officials with no refund on your stay (Along with loss of deposit).
5. No loud music or partying on patio deck after 11PM (As per local noise bylaws).
6. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME, this can result in loss of full deposit!
If smoking outside PLEASE do not leave butts on the ground outside.
7. Guest agrees to keep property in same condition as arrival. Any damages that occur during a stay need to be reported to host at time of damage.
8. Items/decor are not to be removed from the unit.
9. Please ensure you shut the hot tub lid after every use and absolutely NO GLASS In and around the hot tub for guest safety
10. Please leave behind hot tub towels & Sandbanks Season Passes to avoid any fees.
