"The hotel was very run down, dirty and smelly. It was not at all how it is pottrayed jn the pictures. I was not expecting 5 star place but I feel pictures on the site were deceptive. As soon you enter the lobby horrible and sparce decorarion. The elevstor wss very dusty as if hasnt been cleaned for a while. When we got to our floor 5th, the smell was awefull like someone had sprayed bug spray and the smell didnt go away the whole night. The room had many broken things, broken sink, broken ironing board, broken iron with water leaking and it wrecked my clothes when i was trying to iron them. The view was of the roof not how it is shown in pictures. The curtains were dirty with stains on them. The barely reached the window sill and did not close all the way for blocking the light. When I tried to call regarding the leaking iron there was no number or instructions to call the front desk. We had gotten in late at night and left the hotel as soon as we can around 9:30 in the morning. I will not recomend stsying at this hotel. They should advertise their property as it looks in real life now instead of using some old pics to decieve"

"The hotel rooms were pretty clean but the property itself is a little dated. What was the most disappointing was the pool experience. The water was ice cold! We booked this hotel so that our family could enjoy the pool area for the day but we couldn’t even get in. We watched dozens of people take at least 5-10 mins just to get into the pool. It was horrible! Little shivering bodies everywhere. We are so used to the temps at Mac Island in Fort McMurray that this was a huge deal breaker as to whether or not we would book here in the future, unfortunately…"

"Conveniently located near the airport and well priced. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any sleep due to partying neighbours, zero sound barrier, and an unresponsive staff. "
