My wife and I spent the May24 weekend at this motel and it was a very pleasant stay. This is a very well run family business which in my opinion ranks very high among this level of accommodating facilities in the area. Check in and check out were superb. Room was quite clean and welcoming. No smoke residue in our room as the no smoking policy of the motel is enforced and upheld. Continental breakfast was quite acceptable. Wifi connection very strong. The room had a sitting room plus bedroom- great layout. Two queen beds which were comfortable. Air conditioning worked but there was also a window that opened which we used on couple of nights. Lots of boating options available. The water is clear and fairly shallow for a good portion. We had the breakfast each morning which was good. Nice relaxing place to be. It's not modern but it has everything you need.
