"The room was adequate but the Resort needs an update. Everything needs a good cleaning. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but a gratuity was charged which I did not discover until checkout - annoying when I already paid a gratuity. The toilet was running and the shower drain was plugged. They were working on updating the Lobby."
