This quaint and spacious canal front home is perfect for your next trip to Port Isabel. Sit back and relax on the outdoor patio as boats pass by along the bay, or enjoy the fun decor inside along with the cool air conditioning after a long day out in the sun. With plenty to do within the resort, you won't fall short of having a great time!

Play golf at the 18-hole Long Island Village golf course or spend time at the Resort Activity Center boasting a shared indoor and outdoor pool, mini golf, a shared hot tub, tennis courts, billiards, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and fitness room. The town of Port Isabel also offers quaint shopping and dining just one mile north. You can also explore the Port Isabel Lighthouse State Historical Park, set sail at Pirate's Fishing Pier, or head across the water to Gulf front beaches and the Schlitterbahn Waterpark on South Padre Island.

Use of the golf cart is not included in the rental. Please do not remove the golf cart cover. A $25 fine will be charged if the cover is removed.

*You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
