I had a great nights sleep, bed was comfortable. The room had everything I needed. Breakfast was ok. Could do with a plate warmer as my breakfast did go cold on cold plates. The hotel was a little dated but with the comfort, I would go back

It’s a lovely hotel in the West End - very quiet with a few nice restaurants within walking distance. We opted for an upgraded suite that was large and very comfortable.

Loved how close and convenient this location was. And the bar upstairs felt like a private club with really nice drinks. Only thing that would have made this better is if there was more ventilation and privacy in the bathroom area within the room.

Excellent location for closeness to concert venue with easy parking.

The property inside was very spacious and well equipped, the mattress could be replaced it is sagging in the Center pretty good. The area was convenient to catch public transportation, walk to shopping and amenities. However at night the SIRENS from emergency response was very loud, street noise and pedestrians were very loud as well. We did not venture out after dark as it did not seem to be all that safe to do so. There was a lot of dodgy activity around the building.
