"We loved our stay!! The location was perfect, we didn’t want to be right in the hustle and bustle but wanted to be driving distance. The beaches were so great, the tide pools amazing, pool was perfect and we sat on the veranda facing the ocean every morning and every evening. The security guards were so smiley and nice!! The tiles all over the house are quite slippery when your feet are wet!! The tiles all over the house are quite slippery when your feet are wet so just be aware!"

"What an experience! If you are looking for a change from busy all inclusive resorts this is a great option. The unit is gorgeous. Spacious with a back yard with a pool overlooking the ocean. It is in a gated community which adds to the exclusiveness of the experience. The beach which is in walking distance is gorgeous with warm water and good size waves. The property management led by Meaghan took care of all of our request. All around great experience for us. Pura Lavida!"

"We had an amazing week long stay at Casa Dewey! The property itself was perfect; clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Tons of space for the 11 total people we had traveling. The pool was magnificent and the beach was just a short stroll down the path. Views for days!! Property manager very responsive and easy to communicate with. Playa Negra itself is a cute little town with several wonderful little restaurants. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Casa Dewey!!"

"Absolutely gorgeous home and heavenly location. The house was spotless and very well appointed with everything we needed. Jarod, Meaghan and PJ were excellent hosts, most helpful and prompt in answering all our questions and taking care of our needs which included a poolside couples massage which I would highly recommend. One of the best vacations of our lives thanks in large part to Castillo del Mar, the absolutely perfect weather for 14 days and our excellent hosts."

"We had a wonderful time at the house. Everything was as we expected and the Malin & Christophe were always around when we had questions or needed suggestions. The only thought we had that could have made our stay even better was more beach equipment like sand toys or boogie boards. I think some sort of beach umbrella or tent might have made our stay easier with younger children. But generally, the house was so close the beach that we got by without it. Thanks for a great time!"

"Wow, what a fantastic stay at Villa Esperanza. The house is beyond beautiful and the location on the beach is amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. Mary, the house manager, is incredibly helpful. We loved having meals prepared by Chef Sebastian and a day trip to Palo Verde through the driver Mary suggested was also great. We had a fun time doing ATV through Conchal Fun. "Jarrod and Meaghan, (and their friends - the super nice neighbors!) were so attentive and quick to respond to the couple initial questions we had about the property, then also to all my ongoing questions re the area, etc. It is obvious they care tremendously about their renters, wanting us to have a seamless and wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, howler monkeys overhead daily, pool guy came every weekday and a prefect location. We will definitely rent from them again!"
