It would have been great but a homeless person started a cooking fire in one of the parking stalls right by the sur intake. The fire alarm went off at 3:30 am. The bizarrely the staff turned it off after a few moments because it was amazing. We had to stand in the parking lot for an hour. There was no offer or anything to apologize not even a free breakfast.

Found a bunch of bugs in the pull out bed in the couch in our first room. Was switched to another room immediately. Had some issues with the charges. Saving grace is the manager was amazing and apologized for all the problems that happened during the stay and comped one night of our 4 night stay. So needs improvement but the manager seems to be trying to make it a nice place to stay.
