Whistler Peak Lodge

"I initially booked at the Peak Lodge to extend my stay in Whistler with an affordable room with nothing fancy. This is exactly what I got for a very decent price. I arrived early in the morning as I was going to the bike park. They kindly stored my luggage in the mean time in a locked room. I went back to get my jacket after a few hours since it was raining and I was told my room was ready way earlier than expected (ready at noon, check in normally at 4pm). The room key was needed to use the elevator to access the guest floors, which I found was a good thing. I got exactly what I was looking for and a little bit more. The room wasn’t big but had a decent sized bed. It also had a little kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal with some coffee as well. The staff were all very friendly, the room was clean. There was a secure room to store bikes in the underground parking lot. The hotel is directly in the village which is quite convenient. Although, if you’re looking for something quieter, Blackcomb’s side is exactly that but at way higher prices. I will definitely book there again if/when I manage to go back to Whistler. If you’re looking for something relatively inexpensive that has everything you need to enjoy what Whistler has to offer, this is a great place to book."
