"I had injured my foot in Rome, and arrived at the Sheraton in a wheelchair. Staff at the hotel were so helpful. I am grateful. I had not booked an accessible room, of course, since I hadn’t planned to injure myself on vacation. I was immediately offered a huge accessible room that comfortable, clean, and well appreciated. Family met us for a late supper. Staff in the restaurant went all out to accommodate the six of us, tending to children’s food choices with grace, and making us all feel welcome. Thank you! "

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the area was nice and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and professional, and when we had a small issue it was handled quickly and efficiently. The airport shuttle was also excellent and very convenient. "Great service. Clean. Close to the airport. $20. Uber. Friendly. Collett in the bar is an absolute comedian. Loved her. Front staff are great as well. The room was newly renovated with new hard flooring. NO carpet. Thats a plus in my wifes book. Great bed and easy temperature control. A+"
