"The clerk gave me a room where the jacuzzi was stained. The clerk was aware of this stained and told me she’s unable to find another room. I called back 5 minutes later to request a room change from a different clerk.. The new clerk was very helpful and the original clerk was trash to be honest "

"Room was clean, good furniture, very comfortable bed. Large fridge. I didn't like how the shower area was set up in the bathroom - it was a large size, equivalent to a tub area. But the glass shower wall only came halfway across, and there was no door to close. So it was open in the back half, and a fair bit of water pooled outside the shower enclosure area, on the bathroom floor. Other than that, an excellent stay. Bed was super comfortable. Served its purpose for an overnight stay between flights."
