"For a day and a night there was no hot water. Called front desk about it and they stated there was nothing they could do. There was no garbage can in my room, fridge had old food in it when I arrived and my toilet seat wasn't even connected to the toilet. Bathtub was also broken so you couldn't switch from bath to shower or vice versa. Wouldn't have been a problem but there was also no tub stopper. "
