I called to ask front desk if we could check in after 12pm as it was our wedding and I didn’t want to have to leave early just to check in. They said it was fine, then surprised us with rose petals and towel swans on the bed!!
Also breakfast was very very good!! They had a make your own waffle station, juice, coffee, cereal, mini muffin. I am blown away. No aspect was negative. Clean, friendly, above and beyond place.

The outdoor pool was great, the gardens were beautiful and I especially enjoyed having my morning tea in the lovely gazebo. The room was small, but very well organized. A wonderful overnight stay... very nice linens/toiletries (had to buy myself some that were delivered prior to our departure) the only negative. No corkscrew so i had to go buy one to enjoy a bottle of wine i had brought with me. No biggy. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here... currently at the Marriot Hotel in old Montreal and all i feel is sad it isnt the Smith Hotel. Whoever designed the loft (#7) nailed it
