Please beware this place has a bug infestation and it’s so hard to get in and communicate with the people for the code. We couldn’t even stay because it was inhabitable. I reached out directly and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Please save your time and money! my family had to look for another place around three in the morning. Such a hassle

No restaurants with air conditioning. Steak house is open with no A/C first dinner i was eaten up by mosquitoes. Very hot and humid, no where to cool down but your room. Do not recommend will not stay here again. Had to wait in line for all restaurants including buffet. No amenities at the pool, had to wait an hour for drinks by the time they arrived ice was melted. Sink stoppers in room did not work had to pull them out. Staff not friendly, I can go on and on …, I do not recommend.

Traveled with Family (2 adults and 2 teens). Large property. Beautiful but felt very crowded which made it sometimes a little overwhelming instead of relaxing. Overall the food was good especially in the restaurants. Buffet was ok but craved more variety.
