Great view from condo and roof top pool. We had a leaky A/C and told the owners. It was fixed by the time we got back to the condo that same day. We had a great time with bars and restaurants right next store in the Westin. We rented a car that sat in the safe garage most of the time. Uber drivers are usually within 2 minutes for pick up. The only thing we could have used one more of is the fob to go up and down in the elevator. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful. The kids loved the rooftop pool.The location is about 2 blocks outside the expanding restored areas of Casco Viejo. Nous déconseillons aux Nord-Américains le buffet matinal du restaurant Canal, très achalandé, bruyant, nourriture tiède et plutôt dispendieux. Rendez-vous plutôt au petit comptoir alimentaire du Café Met, à deux pas de l'hôtel (dans le mall). La nourriture est excellente, les cafés sont délicieux et les prix, raisonnables. Bref, cet hôtel est plus qu'adéquat pour les séjours de courte durée, par exemple, une nuitée entre deux vols. On y dort très bien et le service est irréprochable.
