"This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!"

"Nice stay"

"The property was not as advertised in listing. There was only one bathroom instead of two. No washing machine and dryer, this is an housing apartment located on the 3rd floor having to walk up two flights of step with approximately 12/15 steps each flight inside the complex. Not to mention you have to walk up steps to get to the complex. I reached the host once when I entered the apartment to speak of my issues, she stated she would call back in 5 minute I haven’t spoken to her since. The...

"It's an elegant older house with lots of room for company. Family friendly. The pool was great. My family enjoyed it."

"An hour before check-in we were called by the property manager, after four days of messaging them through the app without response, to advise us that the property had an alleged water pipe burst and was unavailable, then attempted to upcharge us for alternate accommodations. An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. Given the absence of communication for four days and then a sudden incident the day of check-in - the day...

"Paul was a great host! The property was very well maintained and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals....."

"Nice place very spacious and easy access to property. Clean and efficient"

"This was by far the worst experience I have had with Vrbo. The communication from day one was awful. I never got to stay at the two venues I actually booked. Upon arriving to my first location and calling the host I was informed there was a pipe burst and could not check in. Mind you I was traveling with family and needed five beds. They offered another location for the same price with three beds and I told them that would not work. I contacted Vrbo and they canceled my reservation and...
