My husband and I flew into San Fran late afternoon and stayed at Half Moon Bay for the night before heading to Napa for a few days. Front desk staff was very friendly and provided a list of restaurants for dinner recommendations. Continental breakfast was good, we took a tray to our room and had our breakfast on the patio looking out over the water. No complaints, we would come back.

When we arrived the room was unusually shaped. Long and narrow. However it turned out to be fine. The overall size was the same as a regular room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Firm mattress which is what my wife and I like. We didn't like the pillows but we find its the same everywhere. Very soft. The room was clean. The restaurant was good. We had dinner once and breakfast twice. All 3 times it was good. We used the valet parking. The staff was good. We never waited long for our vehicle....

Very relaxing atmosphere, great location and helpful staff. The only negative experiences were at one of the retail stores where employees were busy chatting and quite unhelpful, and the lack of availability of certain items on the children's menu for room-service.
