During the winter months, this rental is less than a mile from the mountain for skiing and snowboarding. And when things warm up, discover several inviting and scenic hiking and biking trails throughout the immediate area or hit one of the local beaches. Race down the mountainside on the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, just a mile from your front door, and don't forget to bring your clubs because there are a number of excellent golf courses close by.

Parking notes: Parking
Parking passes are not required within our chalets and when staying within our chalets you are strictly limited to a specific number of vehicles within the driveway space provided. No vehicles are ever to be parked on the street or on the lawn area at the chalet.
At 191 Brooker Boulevard the guests are permitted three vehicles on the driveway pad itself, must park side by side and two vehicles in the garage. Adherence to this exact plan is essential and is strictly enforced by the local Bylaw enforcement team.
Please vehicle pool with your other guests as parking can sometimes be somewhat limited. Any Municipally-issued parking tickets shall be the sole financial responsibility of the guest.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Security camera details: A camera is installed at the front of the home facing the street, in response to historical parking concerns. There are no other cameras and no intrusion of guest privacy whatsoever.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
