I did a very late check in ( 2:30 am) and when I arrived the front desk agent gave me my room keys. When I arrived in front of my room the door was open! I pushed the door ( I didn’t have to use the key) and big tall guy was standing in front of me at 2:30 AM!!! He screamed at me. I was sooo scared. I tried to talked to the manager for three weeks now and he doesn’t answer and doesn’t call me back even though i asked a lot of time the front desk agent to tell him to call me back!
