Very friendly and helpful ladies at the front desk; less than friendly lady in the back room. Our room was large, well appointed, with a nice balcony overlooking the falls. The dark colours and uninspired artwork made it look a bit sad. A welcome hot tub outdoors. Nice restaurant overlooking the falls where we had a tasty dinner. According to the website, breakfast was supposed to be included, when in fact the property put only 8$ toward our à la carte breakfast.
