The room size and beds are good. Access to the parking and the rooms were good. The staff was very friendly. The location was also good near the beach and services. We learned from them that they cleaned and sanitized the room; however, we found some stuff that was left from previous people that were in the room. this indicates to us that the room was not thoroughly cleaned as required.

With covid I understand that none of the facilities were open, But no picnic area. No housekeeping. Very dirty grill did not use and the bed was like sleeping on a ROCK. Time for a mattress upgrade.

Decent place to stay. Room was clean, property was in good condition, TV and WiFi worked, and was glad to see staff taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. Unfortunately, cleaning staff tried to barge into our room while we were still asleep, so that was a bit of a rude awakening. Pillows also sucked and the A/C unit was loud, so you might want to BYO pillows and ear plugs. Even despite the surprise wake-up call and pillows, we'd stay there again. Price was right and the location was pretty good — close enough to Saugeen Shores and Sauble Beach.
