The mosaic really needs repair. Lots of scratch and dents. Wall crumbling when entering parking, rockery around hottub coming apart, mold around bathtub.
Still love it here but lots of detailing needed asap.
Not acceptable for Blue Mountain Village and the pricing.

Nice view of the falls. You can drive there and usually would have to pay for parking but was free when we went. There's a trail that you can follow from Harrison Park that brings you to the bottom of the falls.
