We had to cut our trip a day short due to the incoming snow storm but other than that it wasn’t bad.Only cons we had were the fact that the unit was quite dirty/broken. The main level bed was terrible to sleep on and the pillows were like bricks. The outlet beside the tv (on the left hand side when sitting on the couch) wasn’t finished which posed a rather large risk to my toddler and infant. Both bath tubs were broken, meaning the sides moved. One even had a giant hole in it from where it should’ve connected to the wall. We weren't looking for a couples oasis, we were just looking to get away for a few days and have the comforts of home. Compact kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the few meals we had. Everything was clean and tidy. The downstairs bed is great for one person but is not the greatest for a couple because it sinks towards the middle and I kept hitting my toes on the wood base. Upstairs bed, very good. Overall, I was pleased with the accomodation. ##### Angela W. Had trouble getting into the unit upon arrival because door lock code provided didn’t work. Internet and tv was also not working. After investigating on the first night property manager found out the router/modem needed to be replaced. New router was installed the following afternoon. The upstairs shower was clogged and didn’t drain properly. Property owner did show up the following day to clear it out. The main floor bed mattress was so worn out that when an adult or child slept on it, it was like sleeping on a hammock with the amount of sag it had in the middle. We had to use this bed like this throughout the whole stay. Lastly the ac unit (located above the main entrance door) drops condensation water pretty frequently so it’s difficult to walk through the front door without getting wet.The booking process was smooth and the property management portal was easy to use but the unit was not ready for our stay and it’s disappointing because this was a family getaway and a special birthday celebration as well. The frustrating part was too much time was spent interacting with the property managers to get stuff fixed. I also don't believe this stuff just happened during our stay. These are issues that were most likely already present and just overlooked. ##### Daniel P. Clean and plenty of room for me. Could get a little cramped with 3 to 4 people. The area was good. Walking distance to the slopes and a good trail to hike.
