The bathroom door kept locking itself, but the staff was fast to respond. The BBQ’s were not working properly again staff was quick. The breakfast though was barely edible.

This property (Home2 suite) is great and modern, only issues they don't have room Safe and the parking fee changed from Flat fee after 7 days of 70 dollars to 10 dollars per day, which i find unfair due to No local transport to anywhere, only transport ie your own/hire car or Uber. Maingate free transport to Disney has limited times for pick up and return and you must book online 24 hours before. SO TAKE NOTE ON TRANSPORT ISSUES. Local area has Mini well known shopping outlets and places to eat but can mount up with price each day eating out. Hotel has a decent breakfast and can get busy like all places that have breakfast included, I didn't have much issues with it. It's great to have in room microwave and fridge so you can make lunch/breakfast and items for the parks by yourselves. All in all, hotel great location for Disney parks (Universal 30 mins drive away) and Hotel is clean, modern, staff are helpful, plenty of parking but at a fee which can mount up over time. Main issue is public transport to which there is none at the time of this post (June 24) there is a 7 Eleven Gas station nearly finished being built which will be a great addition to the area. Safe location and is a up and coming area. I would stay here again but factor in pricing for transport and fees. If hiring a car from the airports, decently look into getting a Visit Florida Toll Pass which you can get at the Orlando Airport from a machine via an App and much cheeper that car hire toll passes

I loved this hotel for being close to all the parks. The area is new and beautiful. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The only thing that was deceiving is it says complimentary shuttles to the parks, but they only have 2 shuttles that drop off in the morning and you have to make a reservation the day before to get one which we never could get. So you will have to spend on Ubers which we did. Other than that it’s a really nice place and area to stay.

Our stay was very nice and quiet. At many other hotels you will hear people in the halls, next door, or above you, but we didn’t have any of that. Kids loved the pool and exploring the hotel.
